Within the next 12-18 months the Puhoi to Warkworth extension of the northern motorway will be completed and the Warkworth/Matakana area will be just a short commute from Auckland City. Already home to many city commuters, it is expected that the new motorway will offer greater flexibility and opportunities for even more home-based businesses.

Our office is located in The Grange Business Centre which is a relatively new centre just 1 kilometre south of Warkworth Township. Already it is proving to be a very busy hub with an extremely good vibe about it. Our office is involved in the management of residential rental property only, managing over $130 million worth of assets between Orewa, to the south, Wellsford to the north, and all that is in-between.
