Nicole is a third generation Bogue family member to be involved in real estate in Warkworth. In 2009 Nicole stepped into the 'coal-face' as a property manager for the family owned business. With a passion for looking after owners' greatest assets she set about being the best that she could be and, in 2013 was awarded Property Manager of the Year at the National Awards Evening for the Ray White Group, throughout New Zealand.
Nicole later moved into a management role within the property management department and, in 2014, she studied for, and attained the NZQA Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4). This qualification is the highest available within NZ and has only been achieved by a relatively small number of property managers.
In March 2017, once again at the National Awards Evening for the Ray White Group throughout New Zealand, Nicole was awarded Property Management Support Person of the Year. Another outstanding achievement for someone who strives for excellence.
In October 2020 Nicole, along with her Husband Terrence purchased the property management from Nicole's father Ken. Nicole and Terrence now own and run both the property management and the Sales offices in Warkworth, Snells Beach and Maungaturoto.
Nicole has recruited an excellent support team and has adopted the stance of zero tolerance for rent arrears. Nicole possesses excellent communication skills and, being a family person herself, married with three children, she knows that there is a way to sort every issue through open communication.
