Ray White takes pride in being the largest SuperGold property partner in New Zealand, and is proud to offer a 10% discount on our commission to SuperGold cardholders who list, and sell, their residential property through us.

The SuperGold Card programme, run by the Ministry of Social Development, acknowledges the contributions made by seniors and veterans to New Zealand society. There are two versions of the SuperGold card; an ‘S’ branded card and ‘V’ branded card specifically designed for veterans. The card is automatically sent to people receiving New Zealand Superannuation and Veteran’s Pension and to other people who are 65+ in certain circumstances, and there are more than 790,000 SuperGold cardholders in New Zealand.

The Ray White discount is to be applied at the time of sale at a rate of 10% of the gross normal standard commission that is applied to the individual agency. The SuperGold cardholder must be one of the owners of the residential property and all types of property, and all forms of listing, are eligible to be included for the discount.
