Although I didn't explicitly hire them recently to buy a house, I frequently found myself at their open homes. With the decision to put our family home on the market, I had to then face the daunting task of finding a Real Estate agent I could trust and was comfortable with for this stressful and sensitive process. Melvin and Alyshia have the skills, knowledge, and determination to sell houses. They knew how to present our house to transform it into a bright, inviting home that drew attention to its best features. They organised staging, put us in contact with an arborist to tidy up the garden, and whenever we had problems Melvin and Alyshia had solutions. We were always informed of how marketing was progressing, which required them to communicate with four separate people on our end to keep everybody in the loop.
