From the moment that we met William Vaea we recognised a man of strength and dignity, who had a Single Eye For The Prize of ensuring our property sold for the best possible price. Purchasing my first home was a horrible, traumatic experience. The sales agent didn’t actually turn up to the first open home viewing, never rang me back as scheduled during price negotiations, and the only time I ever met him was when he handed us the keys on settlement. Every request for further information seemed too hard, and no property information was compiled and provided when we showed interest in purchasing. The agent was unprofessional, unreliable and the thought of having to deal with another sales agent like this to sell my house filled me with dread. In stark contrast however, selling the house with Vili was a breeze. He attended the property within a day of my asking for an appraisal and actually showed genuine interest in the property, as well as strong confidence in the likelihood of a sale. He provided us with an informal, verbal price indication at this first meeting which was promptly followed up in writing the next day with a full CMA report. The conditions of the sale were difficult due to personal circumstances, but no request was ever too hard for Vili. His support team was also amazing and made the process of listing the property simple - from the listing paperwork I needed to sign, to the extremely impressive blurb written for the advert, right through to recommendations for reputable home stagers. I have to say though that the main reason I saw Vili as the best agent to sell my property was not because of his striking reputation, presence in the local market or friendly disposition – it was because he gave us frank, honest advice about the best way to market and sell our home that was tailored to OUR property.
