I'm a character 1900's villa. I'm original and authentic. I have lovely native timber and high studded ceilings throughout, with a generous balcony from the main living room.
My central location is fantastic, I'm close to transport, Victoria University, walking tracks, Kelburn village, and the CBD but I desperately need a renovation job to bring me back to my full potential. I love my private section with a large back deck, it's a sun trap flowing out from the kitchen. I have great bone structure and just need a little love. My best features are three good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious lounge and kitchen. I have a gas fire, so it's cozy and warm. I'm zoned for Kelburn Normal School and both Wellington College and Wellington Girls College.
