My house was fairly difficult with CCC needed from council, and she advised a strategy which was to go to auction in this market. Only nit pick would be that I probably should have been more clear on the time I needed for my exit and clean. Well, the agent was unreliable. We were told by her that we can keep the pots and plants and water features which the vendor had left on our final inspection day which was 1 week and half or 2 before the settlement date. This was all verbal. After the settlement I received an email from the Ray White agent saying that they would taking the pots, plants and water features are being taken by the vendor for his friend and that we want to give the fish tank to the neighbours as they have been feeding the fish. I was disappointed for the fact that the agent waited for the last minute to inform me this when at first she informed me otherwise. Why did she give us information which then she clearly denied and then waited the last minute to inform us about. Thank you.
