I first met Trenton Hodson at an open home he was presenting in One Tree Hill. It is often said that people decide within the first 30 seconds of meeting someone whether they will like this person. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and personal style. At the time of meeting Trenton we were selling our property in One Tree Hill with another agency. Our house had been on the market for 3 months without attracting many potential buyers or any offers being presented. I decided to terminate this agency’s contract and to sign up with L.J. Hooker Royal Oak and for Trenton to market our property. I am delighted to advise that our house was sold by Trenton 3 weeks later at a price that was agreeable for all parties. I then went on to purchase our next property through him. I liked Trenton’s relaxed style and his personal presentation. We initially met Trenton when looking at an open home that he was presenting. When my wife and I decided to put our house on the market we began to look for a suitable Real Estate Agent to market our property. Although we hadn’t met Trenton he was already familiar to us as over the time we had lived in Epsom we continually saw his signs on the many properties he had marketed and felt he was somewhat of an area specialist.
