We were referred to Tracy as she had previously sold “as is where is houses”, on meeting her we immediately knew we had made the right decision.We had some issues finalising details with our insurance company, which Tracy and her Harcourts team assisted us with ironing out. When it came to putting our home on the market we had a couple of private offers, which we were considering, we discussed this with Tracy and she assured us that proceeding with an Auction would be the best way to ensure we got the best price for our property. Within a few days we had an offer on the table, the auction was brought forward and within a week our home had sold, we ended up with much more than either of the original offers. Tracy assisted us with buying our new home, we had a short period to find a house and she kept us up to date with new listings over the 4 months we were looking. We can’t recommend Tracy enough and will definitely be dealing with her in any future home purchases.

I deliberately chose you as my preferred provider as I required a successful agent well versed in properties in the area where I live.
