Its a hard market and the sale would have fallen over without tonys calm approach and ability to show value. Deb the dodgy cleaner in effect stole a lot of chattels and twice tony had to negotiate through this at contract sale and at pre inspection. I am very happy with the outcome even a few weeks on.

Tony got the job done and got me the price we talked about right back at the start of the process. We did have a higher last minute offer initially but they got scared off by the shitty pre-purchase inspection report. Tony managed to find a way forward with one of the other previous groups who put in a lower initial offer and at the end of the day I was happy with where we got them up to.

The thing we liked about Tony was that out of all the agents that appraised our property he was the only one that showed the confidence and attitude to go for the price range we were looking for and he delivered. Tony does things other agents don't even think about. We have a very long driveway that the buyers had to walk up, Tony put them in my car, took them up the driveway and then proceeded to drive them around the area showing recent sales, long story short, that buyer bought our home!

We have sold two of our homes through Tony and would always use him again if we were selling our home. We first met Tony after we had bought a home through auction at a real bargain price. Even though Tony was not the selling agent, he came around to congratulate us on our buy. After we had fixed up a lot of the issues with the house we were keen to get Tony to sell the home for us but we were pressured to go with another agent. What a nightmare! Long story short after three months had expired we went back to Tony who sold our home for $50,000 more than an offer we had accepted (But eventually fell through) with the other agent. Needless to say, when we came to sell our next home we knew who we would be using. Tony excelled again, in a difficult market where other homes were being undersold or pulled off the market, Tony got us a price more than $100,000 more than we had paid for the home after expenses.
Tony was referred to us by a mutual friend who was thinking of doing a private sale but got a fantastic result from Tony. We were also thinking of private sale but are so glad we didn’t go down that track. Comparable homes were selling in the area for $200,000 to 240,000 and we believed ours was worth more so we were really hoping to get $300,000. Although the price we wanted was outside the box considering the area and our section, we really liked the fact that Tony was willing to listen to what we wanted, and was positive about getting a good result for us. Tony did have one offer at 230,000 but we were blown away when Tony told us he had an offer of $360,000. Tony was also very good in his communication, helping us to understand the steps in the house selling process as we had never sold a house before, and also keeping in touch every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Tony if you are looking at selling your home.
What I really loved about Tony was his honesty, he is someone that I totally trust. He was caring, realistic, and got us an amazing price for our house. Tony guided me throughout the whole listing and selling process and when I was nervous about some of the decisions I had to make, Tony was incredibly supportive and gave me the time to work through things, he was so patient with me and I really appreciated that.
