From my own personnel errors of judgement, a not so good property manager, a bad tenant, slowdown of the housing market, and tricky and persistent buyer(s). Tom is certainly an honest man. Tells me how it is but doesn't stop to improve a given situation for my benefit. Having your handyman (who actually is a very good tradesman) was a massive go-forward for me.
