Where do I start? The preconceptions of estate agents not just in NZ but the world is not great and at the time we were looking to sell we were in a stressful situation and having to deal with a strict body corp. We met Tim who put us at ease and explained the situation clearly, body corps and the service they provide. The house did not sell as quickly as we liked but Tim and the team supported us throughout the sale of the house. We stuck by them and trusted their judgement and they stuck by us as well and would go above and beyond of what we would expect of an estate agent. This included being a councillor, taking us round other houses to buy, popping round outside of work hours in the evening to check in with us to give updates, they gave us some additional photos of our house for the rebrand of it and worked all the hours god sends to make sure we got the best deal we could as clients. During the 9 month association with the locals there were times that it was tough for us but they put at ease all the time with a positive outlook (actually amazing how Tim spun everything into a positive) and I always looked forward to catching up with Tim and the team. Thanks to Ruth, Mark (the Irish one) and Vanesa for also putting in some hard graft and long hours to get our place sold.
