Terry is a true Warkworth “Local”. He has called Warkworth home for the past 39 years and his list of contacts are endless.
Terry has been involved in real estate for the past 22 years and has extensive experience in marketing and selling real estate ranging from farms to residential properties.
Terry does not specialise in any one area and his sales have been conducted in all of the North Rodney area from Puhoi to Wellsford and all of the coastal areas.
Terry enjoys problem solving and is not one to rest on his laurels once he has a contract in place. He will follow through with all matters required for the sale to be successful. It is a testament to this follow up that Terry has very few contracts that do not proceed through to settlement.

We met Terry when we went to view another house which was not suitable for us. He asked what we wanted and he suggested Pulham. It was out of our price range at the time but he told us to view and if we liked it, to put in our very best offer, not go in low and play any games. So we viewd, liked and put in the highest offer we could, explained we knew it was below what they wanted, but it was the highest we could go, and the vendor accepted.
