Agents like Tash are few and far between! A few days after we listed our house the market changed completely, thanks to some inconvenient law changes, completely out of anyone's control and we were panicking! As first time sellers and unsure of the way of the market we had a zillion questions and they were not always in office hours (if ever...sorry Tash!) But Tash is not just great at her job she became a friend and worked tirelessly for us. Nothing was too much trouble and we had many laughs along the journey. When barely anyone else in our area was selling, she closed our deal for a great price and took all the hard work out of our hands.
