RW Best Property Management and Tamara have been looking after our property for about a year. The way they communicate and sorting out problems has been very easy for us so far. It is reassuring to have them mange our property when we are away for an extended time.

From August 2012 until February 2014 I have been a tenant at 19 Kohimarama Road, Kohimarama. She is also very nice and friendly to deal with and on the rare occasions where there is a need to contact her or request action on any matter, I have found her to be very efficient and quick to action/assist in any way possible. We moved to Auckland from Sydney in January 2013 and were keen to find a suitable home what with the school year about to start. We got in contact with Tamara and she was very accommodating and friendly, just what nervous new arrivals needed! We secured a fantastic place through Tamara and over the past 12 months she has been a great support and liaison with the the landlord. Any requests or issues were dealt with promptly, it makes our lives a lot easier.

Tamara is very professional, also she is warm and is easy to approach concerning tenancy management regarding issues that have arisen with this home no matter if they are big or small she is attentive until they are resolved. She communicates promptly regarding requests for repairs and maintenance needed to the property and negotiates tradesmen to make contact with me.

After moving from Scotland and staying in a hotel in the CBD for 2 months Tamara from Ray White made our transition into renting in a new country easy. From the very start, she showed us around the property, explaining features of our rental house that we were unfamiliar with. She consistently kept in touch with us keeping us updated on the situation when we decided to go for the property. During the signing of the agreement she thoroughly explained how we should go about arranging electricity, water, internet etc as were were unfamiliar with how these systems worked. She clearly understands the needs and concerns of those moving from abroad and advised us on everything from local shops to where to walk our dog! Since moving in we have had a few minor issues that could not have been foreseen, all which were dealt with very quickly with Tamara letting me know when locksmiths, gardeners, electricians and plumbers would be arriving. She went out of her way to help when the toilet wouldn't stop flushing when I called her mobile (I didn't listen to the Ray White emergency number properly!) In the middle of the night on the eve of Waitangi Day which was above and beyond the call of duty! Overall I would definitely use Tamara if I was looking for a place to rent in this area in the future.

Let me begin by saying my husband and I are ex-pats from the USA and we've only been in New Zealand for about 3 months. Upon arrival, we were introduced to Tamara Willis. She finalised all our documents and paperwork on our current rental within two days. That was huge for us as we found a place we really wanted. And we love our current rental house! Tamara is very prompt to respond to any enquiries or problems we have. For example the dishwasher was malfunctioning recently and she scheduled a repairman the next day. Similarly the toilet was playing up one day, so I emailed her about it. She scheduled someone to come and look at it the same day - she's on top of it! It is my privilege to refer Tamara Willis as an outstanding Property Manager. Tamara has always displayed a calm, caring,enthusiastic and always professional demeanor in her interactions with not only us but (from my observations) with her colleagues and other clients as well.

Tamara was my Property Manager from February 2013 until November 2013 while I was renting on Sprott Road in Kohimarama. From the very start she was very efficient and helpful. I also knew what was expected of me, and the two times that there was an issue with the house, Tamara took care of the problem the same day. I would highly recommend Tamara to any tenant or property owner.

My wife and I have the greatest respect for Tamara and are very confident she will manage our largest asset with decorum and professionalism. We certainly have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who like ourselves is having to lease out our home but are worried that it is looked after.

We wish to say that Tamara has been a great property manager for our rental property. She has always kept a good eye on the state of the property and ensuring that any repairs were done promptly. With more expensive repairs she discusses with us first and often has the best solution. Tamara has been great at picking tenants who will look after the place and makes sure that the rent is paid on time. It is great that we can be away for a considerable time and don't have to worry that all is well. Whenever I have discussed with her about changes to the monthly statement, she has quickly sorted out any misunderstandings.

We have been associated with Tamara Willis and Ray White Kohimarama for many years, in fact it seems like a marriage! For us, Tamara is at the top of her game – many years have honed her into an efficient manager, (note, she wasn't hopeless before this!). Only a phone call or email away she is always contactable and efficient in making decisions, that not only help us to 'get on with it', but calms the tenants in expediting their problems too. A good understanding of sub trade repairs & remedial work is encountered in all types of rental properties and this underscores her ability to resolve issues promptly.

Tamara has been my property manager for over 8 years. During that time she has displayed great business judgement and tenant management, all with a sense of humour and a practised eye.. I rely on her to make decisions on my properties and have never been let down. I don't think I could ask for more.
