Super six Ray White auctions sell up to 64% over CV

Ray White Manukau I Manurewa I Mangere I Mangere Bridge offices have celebrated a great set of super six auctions as sellers reaped the rewards of taking their home under the hammer.
 
Innovative internal data showed that the six properties sold for an average of 22.5 per cent over CV, with one as high as 64 per cent over, as auction as the method of sale continued to be a roaring success for sellers.
 
The biggest sale came courtesy of Ray White Manukau Salesperson Alison Weakley as she successfully managed the $1.216 million sale of 81 Skipton Street in Mangere (above).
 
Elsewhere, Ray White Manukau Salesperson Raksha Lakhan sold 19 Secretariat Place in Randwick Park for $905,000, and the same office was at it again as Salespeople Monika and Kyra Maynard managed the $790,000 sale of Manurewa’s 10 Hobart Crescent.
 
To complete the super six, Ray White Manurewa Salesperson Dushen Mallimaratchi sold 14 Boon Street in Manurewa for $779,500, and finally, Ray White Mangere Salespeople Xavier and Sasa Tofilau managed the $752,000 sale of Favona’s 73 Calthorp Close.
 
“Two highlights were the multi-income properties at 19 Secretariat Place and 81 Skipton Street, both selling well over their CVs with strong investor interest,” said Ray White Manukau I Manurewa I Mangere I Mangere Bridge Principal Tom Rawson.
 
“We believe property will always be a safe investment with good upside regardless of global or government changes due to the prolonged supply and demand shortages New Zealand faces which don’t appear to be easing any time soon.”
