Stu went above and beyond to sell our house. We live 5 hours away from our property and following a serious family medical event, Stu ran the whole house prep and sale. He arranged to have the house stagers go in, and the garden tidied. He allowed trades access to replace carpets and paint. He recommended people and held the keys. Stu ran successful open homes and was in constant communication with us. We followed his advice and got the sale. We are very grateful and we're delighted the house sold quickly.
