Steve sold both our home and our flat this year. He always communicated with us, keeping us in the loop verbally and through text and email. He listened and was not pushy. He was very respectful to my mum who was in our flat, ensuring visits and open homes were planned around her needs. We just can't say enough great things about Steve. Our journey was 100% positive. He also sold our last home 23 years ago. When it comes to real estate Steve is our go to guy every time and we have and do recommend him to friends and family and he has sold for them to. He has never let us down.

Steve put a lot of effort into selling my house and went over and above what Id normally expect from a real estate agent. He helped me find landscaping and home staging companies to prepare my house for sale, and liaised with them on my behalf as I was unable to do so due to my work. He was always available to answer any questions and willing to offer advice where needed, and he was always willing to work in with my schedule. He regularly communicated with me throughout the process so I was never left wondering what was happening. He was always open and honest with me and never promised more than he could deliver.

Steve took time to understand what we needed in the sale of our property, set out a plan for marketing that worked extremely well, and provided us with 10 offers on the final day of our deadline marketing campaign. Throughout the sale process a Steve kept us abreast of all the numbers, and even organised viewings around our busy family life. His digital marketing was exceptional, and brought in a huge number of interested parties. It was a huge pity that Steve wasn’t allowed to be present for the presentation of the offers, despite my wife and I asking for his advice on several occasions, as we believe he may have had insight into the potential buyers that could have informed our final decision.

Steve was very approachable and at any time of the day/night and he always had time for us and really really cares about people.

Steve worked very hard to make the deal happen at the best possible price for the seller (probably paid too much) but in the process working out an unconventional arrangement which suited both the seller and I (which was worth paying for).
