Steve worked hard for us, selling the property 4 times. Unfortunately there were some challenges with the PCDS supplied by the body corporate and difficult banks resulting in a number of contracts falling through.

Steve was very professional in his approach and has extensive knowledge of the apartment market. I can with absolute certainty recommend that if I wanted to buy another apartment , I would do it through him without hesitation

He was pleasant enough but didn`t seem to know the answers of any of my questions just saying he would find out, then ultimately he only gave me partial information. The really disappointing part was when the apartment settled, he phoned me to say he was running late as he had another important appointment and when he appeared (late) he just pulled up in the middle of the street with his engine running and handed the keys out of the window and shot off and that was the last I ever heard from him. A very different experience from dealing with Janet Bradshaw in Whangarei where she made it into a happy celebration and presented me not only with the keys to my new house, but a Ray White chilli bag full of lovely goodies. She was also highly efficient over a very difficult period dealing with changes in the levels during Covid and put in lots of extra time to get me a sale. So ultimately a total contrast - very good with Janet and extremely disappointing with Steve. Liz

Steve was amazing throughout the process, he took all the stress out of it and I honestly believe we would not have gotten the sale price we did without his expertise and guidance.

I found Steve Kirk to be very friendly, helpful and informative. Being nervous as I was about selling my apartment, he put me at ease and was able to guide me through the process. He had a good level of knowledge about my apartment and the building. He answered all my questions about the process, no matter how basic and was never patronizing in any way. He was accurate with his evaluation. He made appropriate recommendations for a lawyer, as I didnt have one prior to settlement. And he was willing to be flexible with his time, sometimes working weekends to give me progress updates. I was happy with the 2 offers he managed to get for my apartment so soon, despite the Auckland lock-downs.
