Sonya Bull joined Ray White Hamilton in July 2024 with 16 years of Property Management experience both in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Not only does Sonya have a degree in Sport, a Certificate in Personal Training and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching, she has also completed both the NSW and QLD Real Estate Certificates as well as obtaining the New Zealand Property Management Certificate Level 4, around 5 years ago. However, with all the changes in the industry she ensures she stays up to date with any amendments and government regulation changes.
With attention to detail and exceptional communication skills Sonya can ensure both landlords and tenants receive transparent and accurate assistance, providing a stress free and pleasurable experience. Frequent communication is vital in ensuring that everyone knows where they are at, no matter how big or small the issue is – she knows her clients appreciate being kept in the loop.
Outside of the office, Sonya is a 5am gym addict and loves watching sport - mainly rugby and rugby league. During the weekends she tends to make the most of her down time - Sumertime at the Beach and Winter watching her adult son play football.
