Having a father who was a commercial property developer, Chloe and Scott have property in their veins and they’ve established networks that reach deep into the fabric of the community they grew up in.

Although they arrived in real estate at different stages and from different career paths, they share the same value base and high standard of ethics. Importantly, their skills perfectly complement one another, providing a fine balance of strategy and meticulous attention to detail.

Chloe came from a science background. She’d worked in New Zealand and internationally as a physiotherapist in both the private and public sectors. Scott excelled in the not-for-profit sector, primarily in the aeromedical field. He has accumulated authoritative business experience that spans marketing, sales, sponsorship, fund raising and events management.
