I liked dealing with Sarah throughout the process. She was very straight up and honest which I think can be a rare thing in real estate. She was of significant assistance to us in preparing the property for sale as we were living own a different part of the country. She offered to manage some redecoration and repair work which was of huge assistance to us. She also offered the most competitive quote for her services compared to other agents. The other agents subsequently told me they would have offered that too if pushed - but that was the difference, Sarah offered a great deal straight away - no pushing required and I really appreciated that. On the sale side, she was persistent and tenacious with potential buyers and achieved a great result for us.
