The service we received from Sarah was incredibly personal, caring and attentive. She showed a genuine interest in our acquisition of our first home and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs in the leadup to tender, purchase and settlement. We were first time buyers and the whole process was a bit of a mystery but Sarah helped make things very easy - it was a good experience for us and we felt like she really had out interest at heart - unlike some of our real estate experiences- top notch service!
