Communication - From start to end Sam kept us informed of what to expect coming up, and what was happening in the NOW, why it was happening, and have us options so we could make informed decisions moving forward to get to an outcome that suited us best Eg. It's easy to say everyone wants the highest price when they sell, but there are other considerations. We wanted a longer settlement and hello with moving. Going the extra Mile - We needed help with moving. Sam put us in touch with people to help us to relocate. We had questions about the legalities around selling a home and settling. Sam, Suhk and crew came to the party and kept on delivering. We had questions, Sam had the answers. An honest days work for an honest days pay- One hears about sales commissions based on % of sales price. In our case the payment to Ray White was a flat rate, we think a reasonable rate.
