Russ Adams has looked after our property impeccably in these last three years. Communication is prompt and regular, issues are addressed immediately and the selection of tenants has been superb. My only recommendation is to keep doing what your team is doing.

I can not speak highly enough of the service offered by the Raglan Rentals team. They are always extremely prompt with answering any questions, the inspection reports were comprehensive and any maintenance needed on the house was efficiently communicated with a range of quotes from which to expedite remedial repairs. Their knowledge of the rental law and regulations gave me confidence that we were meeting all requirements and I knew the property was in good hands. They went above and beyond to ensure things ran smoothly for us as homeowners including sourcing lightbulbs that were not locally available and hanging curtains. I can not recommend the team highly enough and if we are in the situation again to place our house on the rental market we will certainly be back to place in their professional care.

He immediately found and vetted quality long term tenants and had my place rented within 2 weeks of it being available. During the tenancy, I was regularly updated on any issues in a prompt manner and remedial items were addressed quickly with minimal input required from me. Rent was paid on time and inspections were conducted on a regular basis with an associated report and photo evidence for my records. Ray​ ​White​ ​do​ ​regular​ ​property​ ​inspections,​ ​with​ ​the​ ​property​ ​inspection​ ​report​ ​being​ ​sent​ ​to​ ​us​ ​via email​ ​–​ ​including​ ​photos​ ​of​ ​the​ ​house​ ​and​ ​property. They​ ​have​ ​kept​ ​the​ ​house​ ​tenanted​ ​the​ ​whole​ ​time​ ​they​ ​have​ ​managed​ ​it. We​ ​have​ ​found​ ​Ray​ ​White​ ​Raglan​ ​to​ ​always​ ​be​ ​helpful​ ​and​ ​responsive​ ​throughout​ ​the​ ​past​ ​10​ ​years​ ​we have​ ​dealt​ ​with​ ​them​ ​and​ ​we​ ​would​ ​highly​ ​recommend​ ​them​ ​to​ ​any​ ​home​ ​owners​ ​that​ ​are​ ​looking​ ​for rental​ ​managers.

We​ ​used​ ​Ray​ ​White​ ​Rentals​ ​in​ ​Raglan​ ​over​ ​a​ ​period​ ​of​ ​two​ ​years.​ ​We​ ​had​ ​never​ ​owned​ ​a​ ​rental​ ​before​ ​so​ ​were reluctant​ ​to​ ​do​ ​it​ ​ourselves. We​ ​had​ ​very​ ​clear​ ​and​ ​detailed​ ​rental​ ​reports​ ​with​ ​photos​ ​attached​ ​which​ ​we​ ​found​ ​great. I​ ​wouldn’t​ ​hesitate​ ​to​ ​use​ ​Ray​ ​White​ ​rentals​ ​in​ ​raglan​ ​again​ ​if​ ​we​ ​get​ ​another​ ​rental.​ ​I​ ​would​ ​highly​ ​recommend anyone​ ​considering​ ​renting​ ​a​ ​property​ ​to​ ​give​ ​Russ​ ​and​ ​his​ ​team​ ​a​ ​call.

We​ ​bought​ ​our​ ​houses​ ​in​ ​Raglan​ ​3​ ​years​ ​ago.​ ​We​ ​did​ ​this​ ​through​ ​Blair​ ​at​ ​Ray​ ​Whites​ ​and​ ​the​ ​process​ ​for​ ​us​ ​first time​ ​buyers​ ​was​ ​as​ ​stress-free​ ​as​ ​it​ ​could​ ​be.​ ​We​ ​got​ ​more​ ​support​ ​than​ ​I​ ​would​ ​imagine​ ​most​ ​buyers​ ​get​ ​and​ ​we were​ ​guided​ ​step​ ​by​ ​step​ ​through​ ​the​ ​whole​ ​process. Unfortunately,​ ​we​ ​can’t​ ​live​ ​in​ ​Raglan​ ​at​ ​the​ ​moment,​ ​so​ ​have​ ​to​ ​rent​ ​out​ ​our​ ​property​ ​(which​ ​has​ ​two​ ​houses​ ​on​ ​it). We​ ​decided​ ​to​ ​have​ ​RW​ ​manage​ ​the​ ​property​ ​as​ ​alarm​ ​bells​ ​rang​ ​with​ ​distant​ ​land-lording​ ​and​ ​us​ ​being​ ​busy​ ​and​ ​not always​ ​available. Before​ ​renting​ ​out​ ​we​ ​needed​ ​to​ ​renovate​ ​areas​ ​of​ ​one​ ​of​ ​the​ ​houses​ ​and​ ​Russ-​ ​(Rental​ ​Manager​ ​from​ ​RW),​ ​was on-hand​ ​to​ ​watch​ ​over​ ​this​ ​for​ ​us​ ​and​ ​appoint​ ​and​ ​communicate​ ​with​ ​the​ ​various​ ​tradies​ ​until​ ​the​ ​job​ ​was​ ​done. Having​ ​Russ​ ​to​ ​choose​ ​the​ ​right​ ​tenants​ ​(which​ ​he​ ​has​ ​now​ ​done​ ​for​ ​us​ ​a​ ​few​ ​times)​ ​has​ ​been​ ​wonderful,​ ​he​ ​is​ ​great at​ ​finding​ ​the​ ​perfect​ ​matches​ ​each​ ​time.​ ​So​ ​that​ ​it​ ​is​ ​the​ ​right​ ​place​ ​for​ ​our​ ​tenants​ ​and​ ​the​ ​tenants​ ​are​ ​the​ ​right people​ ​for​ ​us.​ ​Everyone​ ​is​ ​happy! Communication​ ​from​ ​the​ ​team​ ​is​ ​second-to-​ ​none,​ ​texts​ ​and​ ​email​ ​are​ ​always​ ​detailed​ ​and​ ​helpful​ ​and​ ​no​ ​question from​ ​us​ ​is​ ​considered​ ​a​ ​silly​ ​one. Quotes​ ​are​ ​supplied​ ​for​ ​various​ ​maintenance​ ​and​ ​Russ​ ​knows​ ​all​ ​the​ ​tradies​ ​in​ ​the​ ​area​ ​so​ ​we​ ​get​ ​the​ ​job​ ​done​ ​fast and​ ​it​ ​is​ ​always​ ​done​ ​well​ ​at​ ​good​ ​prices. Inspections​ ​of​ ​the​ ​property​ ​are​ ​done​ ​regularly,​ ​and​ ​the​ ​reports​ ​are​ ​amazingly​ ​detailed​ ​with​ ​huge​ ​amounts​ ​of​ ​photos and​ ​suggestions​ ​of​ ​areas​ ​that​ ​need​ ​up​ ​keeping​ ​so​ ​that​ ​the​ ​property​ ​is​ ​well​ ​maintained.​ ​Russ,​ ​Lynley​ ​and​ ​Angela​ ​are always​ ​mindful​ ​of​ ​the​ ​fine​ ​balance​ ​needed​ ​to​ ​keep​ ​both​ ​tenant​ ​and​ ​landlord​ ​happy. Often​ ​little​ ​jobs​ ​that​ ​are​ ​needed​ ​have​ ​been​ ​done​ ​by​ ​Russ​ ​with​ ​a​ ​‘can​ ​do’​ ​attitude.​ ​He​ ​has​ ​been​ ​such​ ​a​ ​support​ ​and help​ ​in​ ​this​ ​way. Many​ ​people​ ​were​ ​quick​ ​to​ ​warn​ ​us​ ​off​ ​being​ ​distant​ ​landlords,​ ​but​ ​our​ ​experience​ ​has​ ​been​ ​nothing​ ​short​ ​of amazing.​ ​We​ ​still​ ​feel​ ​we​ ​are​ ​making​ ​decisions​ ​regards​ ​our​ ​property​ ​(and​ ​have​ ​been​ ​allowed​ ​to​ ​do​ ​regular​ ​gardening and​ ​little​ ​bits​ ​of​ ​maintenance​ ​whenever​ ​we​ ​are​ ​down),​ ​but​ ​the​ ​hard​ ​bit​ ​of​ ​choosing​ ​the​ ​tenant,​ ​communicating​ ​with them​ ​and​ ​maintaining​ ​the​ ​property​ ​has​ ​been​ ​taken​ ​care​ ​of​ ​making​ ​our​ ​experience​ ​a​ ​very​ ​happy​ ​one. The​ ​team​ ​at​ ​RW​ ​are​ ​always​ ​welcoming​ ​and​ ​friendly​ ​and​ ​we​ ​look​ ​forward​ ​to​ ​seeing​ ​them​ ​when​ ​we​ ​get​ ​to​ ​Raglan​ ​each time.​ ​I​ ​could​ ​not​ ​recommend​ ​the​ ​Rental​ ​management​ ​team​ ​more​ ​highly,​ ​they​ ​have​ ​been,​ ​and​ ​continue​ ​to​ ​be,​ ​brilliant.
