We originally used Harcourts, following a recommendation. After nearly three months of no action we turned to Richard who we had used before. We now regret not going to him in the first place. Richard was marvellous. We had more communication and action from him than with the original agency. Although we were disappointed with the lack of interest from buyers, he certainly worked hard to keep them interested .
