Ray White has launched its groundbreaking prospecting technology, NurtureCloud, in New Zealand, helping Ray White New Zealand agents to win more listings by working more efficiently.
NurtureCloud uses propensity modelling, artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify, qualify and nurture more leads, improving the overall performance of real estate businesses. It’s packed full of revolutionary features including smart calls, appraisal and pipeline management for agents, real-time reporting for business owners, and a property portal for consumers.
Ray White Chief Strategy Officer (Real Estate) Mark McLeod and operations manager for NurtureCloud Courtney Martin spearheaded the rollout across New Zealand, running eight launch sessions across Christchurch, Queenstown, Nelson, Northland, Auckland, Rotorua, and Wellington last week.
The sessions saw more than 1500 attendees, with agents leaving eager to implement the technology into their business.
“NurtureCloud has been enthusiastically received by our New Zealand members and already we have seen agents booking appraisals and winning listings off the back of their Smart Calls,” Mr McLeod said.
“This is the shot in the arm of energy for many of our businesses in New Zealand who find themselves in challenging markets.
“Through NurtureCloud Smart Calls, they’ve been able to unlock fresh opportunities from Invercargill way down in the south, up to the Northland.”
Ray White New Zealand Chief Executive, Daniel Coulson said NurtureCloud had been highly anticipated by members for some time.
“We are excited by the results that are already surfacing,” Mr Coulson said.
“Our members now have a tool to propel their performance ahead of the competition and more importantly, allow them to engage with their clients in a relevant and valuable manner.”
Megan Jaffe, Principal of Ray White Remuera, Ray White’s number one office internationally, coined NurtureCloud the best AI platform she has ever seen.
“This platform moves the needle on my salespeople’s ability to grow consistent and sustainable businesses through building relationships and being in touch with the right people at the right time,” Ms Jaffe said.
“It is unbelievable how quickly the propensity builds.
“This is a sustainable competitive advantage for those who use it consistently.”
Ray White Whangarei was a pilot office for the launch of NurtureCloud in New Zealand.
“We’ve been on the pilot of NurtureCloud here at the Whangarei office for about two months, so our team is up and going, with their smart calls easily at their fingertips,” Ray White Whangarei Director Vanessa McKenzie said.
“They’re able to make call after call and book appraisals with no admin involved at all. It’s all done completely from their phones.
“We have such incredible tools here, we just need to use them.”
