Reece has been an absolute pleasure to work with in the sale of our home. His initial agent presentation showed us his unique and effective selling style that really resonated with us - he was able to clearly articulate the time period he believed would be best for us to go to market, his sale process strategy, and how those would benefit us as vendors. The great thing was that we didn't even NEED to go to market as Reece secured us an extremely competitive pre-market offer from a buyer (while we were overseas no less) and took care of every detail to ensure the buyer felt confident submitting an offer, moved through the conditions, and ended up at an unconditional offer. As this was a tenanted property, the pre-market offer saved us a LOT of stress of negotiating open homes with our tenants, staging the property after their departure, and ensured we didn't have an empty property (with a gap in rental payments) prior to the closing. We are SO impressed with Reece and his team and all of their hard work and would recommend them 100%.
