Becks has performed above and beyond my expectations in concluding the sale of our property, a very hard worker, very professional and supported by an excellent team.

She and her team had no knowledge about the house and the things in it. For instance, insulation, roof type, HRV, DVS, heat transfer etc. She was very overpowering and left no stone unturned to make us increase our quote. But may be this is what she is supposed to do? I felt that she didn't like me asking her to see the house again and again. Once she remarked "you have seen the house so many times that you must be remembering it by heart now". I didn't like that at all. It was not a $40 deal. It was $415,000 transaction. She promised that after the deal was done, she would walk me through the house for handover. Let alone final walkover, when I went to pick keys of house at Riccarton Ray White office, she didn't even come out to meet and greet me. It was evident from her behaviour that once the deal was done, she had nothing to do with us anymore. This is very bad customer relationship.
