This is just a quick note to thank you both for the successful sale of our family home. By chance, I asked The Smiths to appraise my 2 bedroom house for a possible sale a few months ago, and short listed them when it became clear I would be selling. So why did my family decide to go with them? Brendan Smith agreed to an evening meeting at 8pm with myself, my daughter and son in law without hesitation, and was very enthusiastic about his ability to market and sell the house for a good price. He came prepared with facts and figures, complete with a folder of information and gave us guidance without hype. He was realistic and positive, clearly an experienced salesman.
