Ray White Mt Eden recorded a 100 per cent clearance rate at their in-room auctions yesterday, with more than $4 million in property selling under the hammer.
Three properties went under the hammer with John Bowring (pictured above) calling the auctions.
“Great energy across all agents drives a market that is challenging,” Mr Bowring said.
The top sale of the day was 486a Riddell Road, St Heliers, which sold for $1.735 million.
Marketed by Mike Robson and Pernilla Da Costa, the property recorded just one registered bidder, but Mr Robson said that’s all it took to sell the property under the hammer.
“Strategy wins the day with limited buyers!” he said.
Another property at 32 Tasman Avenue, Mount Albert, sold under the hammer for $1.553 million, attracting two registered bidders, a great result for selling agents Rachel Berry and Tegan Stent.
The third property, 1/5 William Street, Mangere East, sold for $760,000 after attracting two registered bidders on auction day.
This was a fantastic result for selling agent Lachlan Farmer’s first auction campaign since becoming a solo agent.
