Ray White Invercargill has opened a brand new, purpose built, office allowing the business to continue to grow, with staff providing the best possible service and results for their clients.
Located at 33 Arena Avenue, Ray White Invercargill general manager Lachie Shannon said the new office would provide space for all 27 staff, including 15 experienced sales people.
“Our old office was looking tired and was no longer fit for purpose, the area we have moved to is an emerging business hub with better parking and a great cafe – which is obviously essential,” Mr Shannon said.
“It’s a new purpose-built space, with plenty of natural light, exceptional auction facilities, spacious meeting rooms and a semi-open plan design for our team to better collaborate within.
“It opitomises how we position ourselves in the market — modern, stylish, premium — helping to ensure we live into our core purpose; providing an amazing experience that people will share.”
Operating as a Chairman’s Elite agency, a Ray White accolade awarded to the best performing businesses and agents, Ray White Invercargill hopes the new office will help the business continue to grow, with auctions as the preferred method of sale.
“We pride ourselves on providing exceptional marketing and executing flawless campaigns,” Mr Shannon said.
“We are keen to keep increasing our market share and add new people to our high performing team.
“Our new premises cater well to advancing all of these objectives.
“Demand continues to outstrip supply and accordingly market price growth continues to exceed expectations.
“Competition is fierce for listings but our results continue to make us a preferred option to our target audiences.”
