The powerhouse Ray White Upper North Shore has been named at Ray White’s number one International Business – Settled Commission in a star studded gala awards night on the Gold Coast where Jimmy Barnes rocked the night away.

Almost 3000 members of the leading group came together and celebrated the 2022 financial year.

The successful business owners of Ray White Upper North Shore (pictured above), Greg Windel and David Walker, said that they always had a clear plan and vision on how they would grow their team and customer service to become the largest business across the Ray White Group.

“Seven years ago we opened our business and it was always that common belief that one day as a team we could put ourselves in a position to compete with the best in the group,” Mr Walker said.

“We always had that unwavering belief that we could be the best but the one thing I didn’t count on – the thing that I could have never imagined more than anything – is the loving and genuine friendships we have in our Upper North Shore family that we built along the way.

“To our team – your passion for what you do to be the best – blows me away constantly. Every person in our business has contributed to this award and it’s the work that gets done when no one’s looking that puts us in a position to compete with the best real estate businesses in Australasia.

“I’m most proud of the quality of people that I get to do it with every day. So thank you to all of you.

“Being part of this group is something that I’m truly proud of. Ray White to me, is not just a brand. It’s a collection of businesses and individuals that come together as a family.”Ray White Remuera (pictured below) was once again named as the number one International Individual Office – Settled Commission in the group for the eighth year in a row.

The Auckland business with the blue ribbon address has won this coveted award based on the highest settled commission by a single office in the Ray White group every year since 2015.

After another year of exceptional growth in which Ray White sold more than $80 billion in annual sales in 2021/22 the Ray White Group has revealed its top-performing agent.

The number one International Principal for 2021/22 was the unstoppable Josh Tesolin (pictured below) of Ray White Quakers Hills who not only won the top gong for Settled Commission but also Number of Sales. Mr Tesolin’s unbelievable worth ethic sees him working 24/7 and providing relentless enthusiasm to create competition for his vendor clients.

The Sydney-based owner was also named the overall Top Residential Performer Internationally too, capping off a spectacular rise to leadership in only his second year of business ownership.

“I’ve only been with the group for just over two years. I remember when I first met Dan White inside a boardroom, and I said ‘Dan, I’m going to be the number one performer in the group’. And he sort of just had this wry smile and he took a chance on a 25 year old at the time and two years later here I am at 27 and number one in the network,” Mr Tesolin said during his acceptance speech.

“I told everyone in my office every day that we want to be the best agents. We want to serve our clients and we want to get the best results. To be first in the group, and number one, now you know what it is!”

Superstar agent Holly Jones of Ray White New Brighton was named the number one International Salesperson also by way of Settled Commission and Number of Sales.

Ray White Norwood in Adelaide won the number one International Individual Office – Number of Sales, and also the top International Auction Office. Ray White Surfers Paradise won the top International Business – Number of Sales.

Andrew Jolliffe of HTL Property was named as the Top International Commercial and Projects Performer after another record year in pub and hotel sales.

Auction star Daniel Diamantopoulos of Ray White Craigieburn in Melbourne was named the number one International Auction Performer for his outstanding record under the hammer.

Ray White Managing Director Dan White said the biggest real estate network in Australasia continued to remain restless in its pursuit of excellence.

“Congratulations to all our international awards winners for 2022.  It was a remarkable year of performance, with some breathtaking individual and team results. All the award winners tonight should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved and how they have served their respective communities across Australia and New Zealand,” Mr White said.

“We are not interested in defending a position, our simple ambition is to keep improving to provide the best possible environment for our members to thrive and be proud of the value they provide their clients.

“We will continue to try new things and experiment to ensure we keep striving to improve and find a better experience for our members and customers.”

Danielle Antonello of Ray White Maroochydore was named as the International Property Manager of 2021-22, while Sumayya Burger of Ray White Rochedale | Logan City was named as the International Business Development Manager, and Ray White Surfers Paradise won International Property Management Business, and Ray White Canberra was named the top International Property Management Growth Business.
