Ray White – A T Realty Group celebrates loyalty with the introduction of the A T Realty Loyalty Club

Recently, the A T Realty Group and their property management arm, 360 Property Management, celebrated the commitment to the company of the foundation members and those who have been with the business for the past decade.

A T Realty opened in 2012 in Manukau under the ownership of Adam Thomson and the guidance of licensee Geoff Culley. It was considered a fledgling business with enthusiasm as its core value and was determined to bring forward a business model that respected and enhanced salespeople’s careers.

A total of 11 members, four of whom are foundation members, are part of the now-named A T Loyalty Club, which celebrates an unwavering commitment to the company’s success.

Adam Thomson, the company’s director, said in his address that he expressed deep gratitude to those who have given the company not only loyalty but a deep level of commitment. This has allowed the business to grow with stability and confidence to where it is today, with four offices and a market leader throughout South Auckland.

He went on to say that many of the team have worked together for a long period of time, and it is the essence of that trust between each other that has built those connections for this business to go further together.

Tom Rawson, co-director of the company, said that the early days are still part of their DNA today. “Our business has energy and enthusiasm, and that gives so much value to those members within our business who want to achieve success for our clients on a daily basis.  Our property management business has also gone from strength to strength. Jessica Currie has been with us for over 10 years and is one of those members who have given us so much in property management.”

Daniel Coulson, Chief Executive of the Ray White Group New Zealand, said that the A T Realty Group is one that sets the standard for our company. “Not only are they internationally recognised in our business for their results, but it is also their determination to work with the varying market conditions to have a business of attraction and a place of ambition.  It is a rare mix.”

There are 11 members in the A T Realty Loyalty Club.  It is extraordinary that this gives back to each of our successful moments for A T Realty and 360 Property Management.
