Although Ray White was acting for the vendor in this case, I found Ravi to be unfailingly polite and helpful. Ravi was certainly persistent and represented his client’s interests well, but was also responsive to my questions and requirements. He worked hard to communicate regular updates and provided very useful advice on how to resolve certain issues during the settlement process. If I ever sell my new property I will ask Ravi to be my agent.
