We chose Rachel and Kylie to sell our modest first-home buyers, former rental property for a number of reasons: their strong track record and relaxed team approach, good agency support, their honest appraisal and valuation of our property, clear understanding of the current and challenging market conditions, their sales strategy, and their practical advice on how to best present the property and provide the best information to attract potential buyers. Rachel also introduced is to her trusted support team: a handyman and a house stager who did a wonderful job turning our average-looking duckling into an attractive-looking swan.
