With decades of experience between them and a diverse range of skills, Rosie Harvey, Anne Graham, Rachel Thomas, Juliette Jagger and Renee Fowler have teamed up to open Ray White Taupo.
All the team members had crossed paths in the past before coming together at Ray White Taupo.
Rosie started her real estate career in Auckland in the early 1990s, before moving to Taupo and starting a business in 1998. She sold out of that business in 2021 before moving to work at Ray White.
Anne has had a history as a restaurant manager and banking consultant before joining Rosie a decade ago as an admin manager. With years of experience working in similar roles, Anne has developed an invaluable set of skills. .
Juliette started her real estate career in Auckland in 2006 and, after holidaying in Taupo for years, she decided to move to the area. She started working with Rosie about 10 years ago, focusing on the Kinloch Village area. Juliette lives in Kinloch Village and has an outstanding reputation as Kinloch’s premier agent.
Rachel’s real estate career started in 2016 after an interview, and a gentle push from Rosie, to get into the business. That led to Rachel becoming a highly successful agent. She and her business associate Kylie are now one of Taupo’s highly recommended teams.
A pro golfer, and highly energised sportswoman, Renee said she was talked into doing her real estate licence three years ago. Renee brings a wealth of experience as a professional coach to her new position at Ray White Taupo.
Rosie said she was excited to open another business in Taupo with a great team behind her.
“It’s been a dream of mine to get back into Taupo,” she said.
“We all gel really well together and trust each other to make the right decisions, as we all have different strengths.
“It’s important to have business partners you can make quick decisions with and move on.”
Rachel said the team at Ray White Taupo shared similar values.
“We’re very like minded people who are humble and grounded,” she said.
“We want to be an elite, professional business, and we all have a huge amount of combined industry experience.
“It’s a very strong foundation to set us up for success.”
While Rosie is the principal of the business, Anne will be the admin manager, and Rachel, Juliette and Renee will focus on sales.
“Rosie is a wealth of knowledge and is wonderful at everything that she does – she’s a bit of a secret weapon for us,” Rachel said.
“Anne is like the glue who holds everything together, which provides an amazing position for Juliette, Renee and I to go out into the market to list and sell.
“With all of us being at the top of our game, coming together is our point of difference.”
Renee said they would like the Ray White Taupo team to be known as reliable and honest.
“We all have very good reputations in the community and great experience,” she said.
“We’re very humanistic in our approach.
“Humility is a big part of our values, we want to be real and approachable.”
While the team has the ambition to achieve a strong market share over the next 18 months, Juliette said their main goal was providing superior service.
“One thing that’s really important is that we provide the best results for our clients,” she said.
“We want to exceed their expectations through everything that we do.
“We want to be known as the most personable company in town where you will get unparalleled professional service.”
Anne said Ray White was the perfect fit for Taupo.
