All Real Estate agents will do the basics of advertising, open homes and presenting offers however, Philip and Janice take it up a notch. For our open homes, they provided flowers, and came around early to turn on the heaters and light the fire when we were away. I have bought and sold real estate worldwide over the last 35 years so I have a reasonable grasp of the process. When we had to sell Mum's home in Auckland after her passing we were referred to the team of Janice Hamilton-Cox and Philip Cox. The campaign Janice and Philip organised was extremely accurate based on their in-depth local knowledge. In my opinion, no time or money was wasted on unnecessary "fluff". We had a geographical issue insofar as my sister and lin Sydney. This was not a problem at any stage, all communication was fast and clear. We were kept abreast regularly of the numbers of people attending viewings and all offers made. Now here's the thing, you say to yourself they are real estate agents who have basically done their job, as expected (but frequently undelivered). Here's the kicker.....In my humble opinion, most people can do 90% of the job...and the last 10% is where the true professionals live. That 10% is the hidden gem...Janice and Philip went the extra in their own time, opened all windows and doors regularly and allowed Mum's old place to 'breath' again. They organised ali cleaning, rubbish removal and attended to a spurious potential offer that was required but difficult and always stayed in touch with the facts.
