We first contacted Ray White in Kohimaramara in 2015 for an appraisal/valuation of our property in Glen Innes that we were considering selling after returning to the UK some 6 years earlier. We were referred onto Peter Coker who immediately dealt with our questions and queries regarding the property and gave us several options for marketing the property and assisted us with valuations and other information. Due to our situation with the property tenanted we postponed the sale until 2016. Peter kept us up to date with the property market and after a change in the exchange rate we decided to put our house on the market. As we were based in the UK with no opportunity to return to the New Zealand to organise the sale we were totally reliant on Peter.
