We sold our place in December 2024 and what a journey it has been! A journey me and my hubby are so glad that we got to share it with Perween. She was very knowledgeable, calm (in my chaos) and solid. Always there with an answer to anything we thought might be a problem and always there with solutions to anything we encountered. She is very honest and makes sure the dealings are fair for bother parties. A woman of Integrity and her word!!! She made such an impression on our family that my boy (12years) wonders why my phone calls to her have stopped!!! In this journey we definitely found an amazing agent, but more than that, we found a friend and someone we can trust without hesitation. We recommend her to all our family members and friends. The icing on the cake is that even though the market was a down, she still managed to sell our house for a good profit. Beat that!!!! Perween has done a great job with a difficult proposition. The house was in terrible shape and the market not good. Perween helped us get the best price we could given the state of the house and market. She was open with her thoughts and communication and explained the options available.
