Our house was very unique, and quite a challenge as it was a commercial building, and there was a gst component as well, which although she was not familiar with this type of sale, she never let that get to her, and along the way, I think she learned from the sale as well.... in fact it may be worthwhile to go through this, along with vender finance, as further training to your staff. Penelope achieved the result we were looking for, and I personally think she was amazing, as a bonus she got the buyers to waive most of the repairs that the initially wanted .
