Paige Thrupp is a successful Property Manager with Ray White Papatoetoe. Her depth of local knowledge comes from a lifetime living in and around the South Auckland region.
After initial study in travel and tourism at MIT, Paige worked in administration for several years in the motor industry. Growing up as a builder’s daughter, Paige has always been interested in property so when a real estate administration job in Papakura came up after her return from her OE, she jumped at it. Paige thrived on the high-energy and frenetic environment of tight deadlines and heavy workloads associated with real estate sales campaigns and client care. She honed her marketing skills and then went on to study and pass her real estate license in 2017. A move to another local Ray White office included PA work with a sales agent before she was invited to take her career to the next level as a property manager at award-winning office - Ray White Papatoetoe. New to the role, Paige hit the ground running, inheriting and successfully managing a rent roll which she’s almost doubled in 12 months.
Paige’s clients love her pro-active approach, and friendly, positive attitude. She has huge empathy and takes any challenge in her stride, solving a problem and embracing with passion her “no two days the same” schedule. Apart from her superb administration and time management skills she’s an excellent communicator with a calm clarity and determination - much respected by her colleagues as well as landlords and tenants.
In her spare time Paige loves spending time enjoying her hometown of Pukekohe and catching up with friends and family.
