COOPER HOUSE
This popular home is located close to downtown Queenstown. Views are captured through the floor to ceiling windows from the living area over Lake Wakatipu with a backdrop of the Remarkables Mountains. The home is on two levels with the main bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge upstairs. A balcony off the lounge provides space for relaxing in the evenings while the sun sets to the west. Downstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. Separate bathroom and laundry facilities are also provided at the level.
Cooper House is a short walk to downtown Queenstown - meander through the garden, wander along the lake edge and then through the Queenstown Botanical Gardens.
Sit back and unwind after a busy day and watch the sunset from the balcony while taking in the glorious views.
$400-$450 per night, depending on length of stay and season.
A linen hire charge of $25 per person is applicable for the entire stay.

While I didn't get to write in the Cooper House guestbook, we had an absolutely amazing time staying in Queenstown. This was mainly due to the first rate facility that is Cooper house.
It was literally the best home away from home anyone could ask for, with all the creature comforts as well as just the right amount of homely touches.
The 180 degree view from the living room was amazing, and particularly spectacular in winter. The heating was a fantastic extra and my Fiancé was in love with the heated tiles and towel racks in the bathrooms.
Another great thing for us was the close proximity to town, where tourists tend to spend most of their time. While on holidays in Queenstown I would recommend the house to anybody as it is simply amazing.
We definitely plan to stay again on our next visit to Queenstown.
