Good Lord, Great Home!

And on the first day, (30th of August 1963 AD, it was a Friday actually) they did construct the original building of the earth and stone (concrete and iron to be precise) to be the manse beside the Opoho Presbyterian Church and it was... pretty good, but he saw that improvements could be made and so permission was sought and granted to improve on what was there before them.
He said "let there be renovations!" and a modern, light filled home was created.
He then said "the kitchen's in the wrong place!" so it was moved in 2006 (with building consent) and this was good...and compliant.
"Let there be peace on earth!" and double glazing was added throughout, and this was good, quiet and warm to a modern standard.
"Thou shalt not wait!" and so 3 full bathrooms with 3 toilets, 3 showers and a bath were added so no one had to wait.
"Mankind needs separate accommodation!" and so the ground floor bedroom was converted to a self contained bedsit with external sliding doors in 2018 (AD) and the parents thought... this would be very useful.
And lastly they created indoor outdoor flow so that on the seventh day (or any other day) they could rest with multiple places to enjoy the sun in the sky, or the coffee in the cup and to entertain the people in a variety of areas.
Then they looked out over all they surveyed (because of the excellent elevated position) and realized this could be heaven on earth, or at the very least a large family home or the perfect investment property close to the university and city in the much lauded suburb of Opoho, and they did rejoice and so will you as the new owner of this superb Dunedin home.
