Introducing

Ray White Maungaturoto

The Locals Warkworth Ltd Licensed (REAA 2008)

A smallish rural town which could be considered the gateway to the upper-reaches of the Kaipara Harbour.

8 kilometres west of State Highway One at the base of the Brynderwyn Hills. You must pass through Maungaturoto to get to the famous Matakohe Museum, Waipoua Forest (where Tane Mahuta reigns) or Dargaville and beyond.

Settlements and holiday venues on the Kaipara Harbour such as Whakapirau, Pahi and Tinopai are all serviced from Maungaturoto.

The district is predominantly rural and farming, however a large amount of development has taken place over the last few years and continues today, with  and a host of rural lifestyle and residential property being made available

A little over 1.5 hours from Auckland and less than an hour from Whangarei this area is easily accessible to those wishing to lead a more leisurely life than that of city dwelling.

Ray White is the longest established real estate office in the town and the local salespeople know the area well. Coastal retreats, farms, urban living or lifestyle getaways - we have them all, let our team help you.
