Originally established in 2001 as Prier Manson Real Estate Ltd with Craig Prier and Rae Manson at the helm, the business has since had a change of ownership following Rae Manson's retirement in 2016. Nowadays Craig Prier is in partnership with the dynamic Simon and Paula Standeven and renowned real estate professional, James Shepherd. Collectively they run a team who focus on the hillside and coastal suburbs of Christchurch and are known for their depth of understanding and intimate knowledge of this specialist real estate market. 

2010 saw the opening of a sub-branch in London St, Lyttelton and previous to that, in 2008 they opened an office in Opawa to service the surrounding hill and river suburbs.  As a result of the February 22nd earthquake and the enforced closure of both the Sumner and Redcliffs offices, Opawa became the head office for both the Sales and Property Management division of this award winning company. 

Ray White Ferrymead was opened in November 2014. Perfectly positioned in a high profile location this office brings the company back in touch with their core market area. On a site overlooking the estuary, a location that fits so well with their original company mantra     "He sells, she sells by the sea, sure !"  The staff thoroughly enjoy the connection with their clients who are shopping and socialising right on the doorstep of this new office.
