Camp or build, the choice is yours. The section does have covenants but these are not onerous. Camp for 2 months or build a new minimum 60 sqm home. The elevated site presently has sea views although these are likely to be built out one day. There is bush on one boundary and across the road. Being a corner section you will get lots of sun into your home. Walk to either Perehipe beach or Tokerau beach via Banyan Road and enjoy the golden sandy beaches and the great fishing. It is only 1.3 kilometres to the golf course at the Carrington Resort. There are plenty of other beaches around the Karikari Peninsula to enjoy picnics and swimming and there is great fishing and diving on and off shore.
