Renowned North Shore real estate agent Kris Cunningham has joined Shane Coote at Ray White Mairangi Bay to further strengthen Ray White’s presence in the area.
With more than a decade of experience selling on the North Shore, Ray White Mairangi Bay principal Shane Coote said Kris was an incredible addition to the Ray White family.
“Kris has been one of the top agents on the North Shore for a number of years, we were competitors for quite some time and we’ve become good friends,” Shane said.
“We had a number of conversations and thought it would be good to join forces.
“We wanted to work together to take Ray White to number one on the Shore, and Kris joining Ray White is a pivotal moment in Ray White’s mission to number one in the region.”
Kris said he had always admired the Ray White brand and was excited to join Ray White Mairangi Bay.
“His passion and energy to strengthen Ray White on the North Shore was something I wanted to get onboard with.
“We have strong ambitions to see the success of Ray White on the North Shore and intend to paint the town yellow.”
Kris has brought his team across to Ray White Mairangi Bay, including three sales associates and an executive assistant.
“We’d like to open the second office within the next 12 months,” he said.
“But in the 12 months leading up to that we will be continuing to grow the wider team, and I’d like to further solidify my own sales team further as well.”
Ray White New Zealand CEO Daniel Coulson welcomed Kris to the Ray White family.
