I have no hesitation in recommending Noel particularly in cases where a certain amount of tact and discretion is required. Good communication between the vendor, purchaser and possibly tenant is an essential requirement. Noel has sold two of my properties now and on both occasions he has been extremely easy to deal with and has surprised me with the amount he was able to get for both properties.
