My experience with nelson was all positive we bought and sold threw him, he listened to what we wanted and the first home we viewed was spot on. When i met nelson i new that he would be the person i wanted to deal with, nelson is down to earth and passionate about his field of expertise. Over the last 3 years i have known Nelson, I came in to AT Realty as a BDM which is a role that Nelson has had a lot of experience in. In the year + that I did that role I found Nelson to be more than helpful and since I have changed to selling property on Auckand's North Shore, i know how busy he is but he always more than happy to give me his time where he can! We first came to know Nelson when we received his business card in our mail box. We met him in person when we decided to market our property. His cheerful temperament and vast knowledge of market trends were the first impressions that we liked in him. Through the whole process of marketing, Nelson has been prompt and energetic. Nelson successfully secured the sale of our property, achieving a sale price we were happy with. We came to work with Nelson by chance when he left his business card in our mailbox with a note about looking for houses to sell. As it happened the day we found the note was also the day we where picking out which agent to list with. I called Nelson in the morning and had a chat and he sent though his thoughts on the properties within a couple of hours. We meet with him in the early afternoon on the same day. On auction day (we were not able to be there in person) Nelson worked the room hard, like a professional (or an energizer bunny on speed depending on which well placed spy you talk to) and yet every time he talked to me (although full of energy) was calm and collected. I have had plenty of experience in buying property but this was my first time in selling and Nelson made it a lot easier than I thought it would be which I can confidently credit to his management style.
